H olive oil from DOMAINE LEOS. If you are looking for oils with great aromatic power and a real green fruity taste with natural heat and bitterness, such as most great chefs like, this extra virgin oil is really made for you! Produced each year in very limited quantities, it is not always available but it is distributed on our site and selectively in exceptional restaurants, boutiques and delicatessens.
H de Leos Green fruity selection. If, like some great chefs, you are looking for oils with great aromatic power and a real green fruity taste with a "fresh ardor", with a bitterness of great finesse, this extra virgin oil is made for you! And you will see that it fits perfectly with the spirit of excellence, authenticity and unique character of L’Huile H from Domaine Leos.
H de Leos Ripe fruity selection. If you are looking for extra virgin oils with great aromatic subtlety and the sweetness of true ripe fruitiness (not very bitter and not very fiery), this exceptional extra virgin oil, which has aromas of ripe almond and fruit, is made for you! And you will see that it fits perfectly into the spirit of excellence, authenticity and unique character of L’Huile H from Domaine Leos.
PROVENCAL TERROIR
- Green fruity / Domaine Leos
Coming exclusively from the olive grove of Domaine Leos in L'Isle sur la Sorgue which has a terroir with a natural biotope preserved free of all fertilizers and pesticides for 60 years. Like all H de Leos green fruity olive oils, the olives are picked by hand very early in the season (generally at the beginning of October) and are immediately processed at the Moulin Castelas (Provence) where they are pressed (we say "crushed"). ") under the control of Christine Cheylan.

- Green fruity / H de Leos Sélection
Coming exclusively from local Provençal fruits, like all H de Leos fruity green oils, the olives are picked by hand very early in the season (generally at the beginning of October) and are processed immediately at the mill. Selected by the Domaine Leos teams, the oil was produced in a limited edition by Christine Cheylan at Moulin Castelas (Provence).

- Ripe fruity / H de Leos Sélection
Made exclusively from local Provençal fruits such as H de Leos Green Fruity Selection oils. The olives are picked by hand later in the season and are processed immediately at the mill like all H de Leos oils. Selected by the Domaine Leos teams, the oil was produced in a limited edition by Christine Cheylan at Moulin Moulin Castelas (Provence).

An intense flavour with a great aromatic power and a beautiful length in the mouth. It is characterized by the unique vegetal and herbaceous freshness of its subtly spicy “green fruitiness” supported by a slight bitterness and a controlled ardor. Green fruity / H de Leos Selection
“Fresh” and intense taste benefiting from great aromatic power with a nice length in the mouth. H de Leos Green fruity selection is characterized by its color (pale green color and yellow reflections) and its aromatic complexity with a dominant vegetal aroma of artichoke and hazelnut typical of an original green fruity.
Ripe fruity / H de Leos Selection
Subtle taste benefiting from aromatic intensity and a beautiful length in the throat. It is characterized by an original "ripe fruit" color and taste: it has a light green color with yellow reflections and aromas of almond, red fruits, ripe apples and flowers.
GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS
Put a drizzle of green fruity olive oil on a hot dish (fish, grilled meat, steamed vegetables, risotto, ratatouille, etc.), on a cold dish (raw vegetables: green salad, tomatoes, carrots, etc.) or in accompaniment to fresh sheep's or goat's cheese.
Add a drizzle of ripe fruity olive oil to a hot, cold, savory or sweet dish. It is, for example, delicious on strawberries or, with a touch of sugar, on autumn fruits (apples, pears, etc.) in tarts or cakes or on all types of savory dishes at the end of cooking.
