H de Leos Oil is characterized by the unique vegetal freshness of its “green fruitiness”, its aromatic power and its very nice length on the palate. Its “ardor” is accompanied by both bitterness and a slight peppery final note, due to the antioxidants. A high-end olive oil.
Essentially composed of Aglandau, a variety of creamy and fiery olives, with a surprising taste, it releases aromas of artichoke, greenery (olive leaf), green fruits (or stone fruits), as well as cooked pear, banana, almond and apple.
In smaller quantities, L’Huile H includes several other varieties of olives. There we find, for example, Picholine, historically native to the Collias region (Gard), Rougette de l’Ardèche and Arbequine, an important player in the pollination of the olive grove.
Produced in limited quantities, and “ crushed ” (pressed) at Moulin Castelas, L'Huile H de Leos is sold online and selectively distributed, on allocation, by some restaurants, boutiques and grocery stores fine referents.

Tasting tips The intense and herbaceous taste of this oil enhances hot and cold dishes, fish, grilled meats, vegetables and salads.
