VIN ROSÉ LEOS CUVéE AUGUSTA / Côtes de provence (75 cl)

Ce rosé de gastronomie, qui a été salué dès son lancement par la presse gastronomique, des grands sommeliers et des guides prestigieux (Decanter 2022 / 91 sur 100, 2023 / 90 sur 100), Palmarès Bacchus /élu « Vin rosé de l’année 2023 ») est un rosé de gastronomie historiquement marqué par la présence majeure de cépages blancs pour aller rechercher des vins de matière, avec un gras incomparable. Son caractère provient de son assemblage typiquement provençal entre le Grenache qui lui offre une belle structure, de la rondeur et de beaux arômes de fruits rouges, le Rolle qui apporte la fraicheur et notes d'agrumes et le Cinsault avec sa touche délicate et veloutée.

VIN BLANC LEOS - CUVEE AUGUSTA / BIO (75 cl)

Le caractère méditerranéen de LEOS blanc Cuvée Augusta provient d’un subtil assemblage de cépages autochtones sélectionnés avec le plus grand soin. Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Clairette et Colombard apportent chacun leur authenticité et leur singularité, offrant ce parfait équilibre entre arômes floraux et agrumes, entre opulence et délicatesse, signature d’un vin blanc d’exception dans le sud de la France.
Tout en fraîcheur et en délicatesse, le nez offre un magnifique bouquet aromatique très floral, aux notes de fleurs blanches subtilement mêlées à des arômes d’agrumes bien mûrs comme le yuzu et l’orange sanguine. Opulent, rich, powerful, the palate offers a beautiful fleshy texture and reveals tasty citrus notes, with a subtle hint of brioche note, a sign of barrel aging. Very long, the finish is extremely elegant, with aromas of white flowers such as lily and orange blossom. C’est un vin blanc de gastronomie, qui peut se déguster à l’apéritif, comme en accord mets-vin au cours d’un repas, grâce à ses élégants arômes et à son bel équilibre entre puissance et délicatesse.

“We imagined the LEOS rosé cuvée Augusta 2022 as a white wine with a subtle balance between acidity and fat. The rose petal color is very engaging. On the nose, an elegant freshness emerges. The finish is long, persistent and always on its balance between freshness and roundness.
