Terroir ProvenCE
The olives are exclusively from the Provence terroir, the Sélection H de Leos fruity ripe oil has been produced by Leos’s staff, under Christine Cheylan’s supervision at the Moulin Castelas. The olives are picked later in the season and are pressed immediately like all H de Leos oils.

Tasting notes
Subtle taste benefiting from aromatic intensity and a beautiful length in the throat. It is characterized by its Fruity ripe colour, a light green with yellow glints and it’s “Original” taste: aromas of almond, red fruits, ripe apples, and flowers.
GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS
This Fruity ripe oil can be used cooked as well as raw with all types of savoury or sweet dishes. In desserts and cakes, it can replace butter.
