Terroir ProvenCE
Made exclusively from local Provençal fruits, SELECTION H DE LEOS olive oil is produced with the Domaine de Leos teams under the control of Christine Cheylan at Moulin Castelas. . The olives are picked later in the season and are pressed immediately like all H de Leos oils.

Subtle taste benefiting from aromatic intensity and a beautiful length in the throat. It is characterized by its Fruity ripe colour, a light green with yellow glints and it’s “Original” taste: aromas of almond, red fruits, ripe apples, and flowers.
GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS
“  ripe fruity   ” olive oils can be used both raw and cooked, with all types of savory and sweet dishes. In desserts and cakes, it can replace butter.
