Made exclusively from local Provençal fruits, SELECTION H DE LEOS fruity green olive oil is produced with the Domaine de Leos teams under the control of Christine Cheylan at the Castelas mill. The olives are picked during the day and processed during the day at the mill like all H oils from Leos.

Tasting notes
Benefiting from great aromatic power with a beautiful length "in the throat", it offers the taste of an "original" green fruity with a "fresh" ardor with a bitterness of great finesse. It is characterized by its color (pale green color and yellow reflections) and its aromatic complexity with a dominant vegetal aroma of artichoke and hazelnut typical of an original green fruitiness.

Although “   fruity green   ” olive oils can be used both raw and cooked with all types of savory and sweet dishes, we advise you to favor raw uses as a finishing oil on all types of foods and dishes.
